About Natural Restaurant

Natural Restaurant (ครัวธรรมชาติ) began in 1992 as a humble noodle cart in Phuket Town. It grew into a made-to-order Thai restaurant, and in 2020 we opened our garden restaurant in Sakhu, Thalang — just 3.2 kilometres from Phuket International Airport. Our original Phuket Town branch has since moved here and merged into this restaurant, which is now our only location and where we welcome guests today. Over three decades it has become one of Phuket's well-loved dining destinations, known for authentic Southern Thai cuisine and warm hospitality.

Our restaurant is built on a single, unwavering philosophy: great food begins with great ingredients. Every morning our team sources wild-caught seafood directly from local Phuket fishing communities, bringing the freshest catch of the Andaman Sea straight to our kitchen. Coconut milk is freshly pressed in-house, and our curry pastes are made in our own kitchen using traditional Southern Thai methods.

Our own organic garden grows herbs, vegetables and aromatics just steps from the kitchen, so many dishes carry the fresh, vibrant flavour of Phuket.

Natural Restaurant is for food lovers seeking an authentic Thai dining experience away from the tourist crowds. We welcome families, travellers transiting through Phuket Airport, couples looking for a romantic garden setting, and large groups celebrating special occasions in our private banquet halls.

The restaurant spans a lush tropical garden featuring cascading waterfalls, in-water dining with seating set right on the water, open-air pergolas, fully air-conditioned private rooms, and a ballroom for events and group dining. We also provide free parking.

We are open every day from 07:00 to 00:30, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our menu runs from Phuket classics like Moo Hong (braised Liam-To pork) and Phuket crab curry with rice noodles to blue crab potted with vermicelli, massaman curry and whole wild-caught fish cooked to order.

After more than thirty years, we remain committed to the culinary heritage of Phuket while welcoming guests from around the world to our table.
