The journey of Natural Restaurant

Our Story

From a noodle cart
thirty years deep

Natural Restaurant began in 1992 as a small noodle cart in Phuket Town — simple meals made with genuine care. It grew into a made-to-order Thai kitchen, and in 2020 we opened our garden restaurant near Phuket Airport. Our original Phuket Town branch has since moved here, so everything is now together in one place, where we welcome guests today.

Over three decades the philosophy has never changed: honest Southern Thai cooking, the freshest local seafood, and warm, attentive service.

Wild-caught seafood sourced daily. Coconut milk freshly pressed in-house. Curry pastes made homemade with traditional methods. Herbs from our own organic garden, steps away from the kitchen.

How far is Natural Restaurant from Phuket International Airport?

About 3.2 km — roughly a 5-minute drive. We are in Sakhu, Thalang (Phuket), so many guests stop here right after landing or before a flight.

Is the Phuket Town branch still open?

Our original Phuket Town branch has moved and merged into our restaurant near the airport. Natural Restaurant now has one location only: Sakhu, Thalang — about 5 minutes from Phuket International Airport.

What are the opening hours?

Open every day, 07:00 – 00:30 (last order at midnight) — breakfast, lunch, dinner and late arrivals.

What kind of food do you serve?

Southern Thai and Phuket home-style cooking with fresh Andaman seafood. Curry pastes are made in-house. Signature dishes include Moo Hong (Phuket braised pork belly), Phuket shrimp-paste chili relish, crispy baegu-leaf salad, wild-caught fish cooked six ways, and fresh Phuket pineapple juice.

How much does a meal cost?

Most dishes are 220–480 THB. Fresh wild-caught fish is priced by weight (from 70 THB per 100 g). Fresh juices and smoothies are 100–150 THB.

Do I need a reservation?

Walk-ins are welcome. To guarantee a table, book online on Chope, call +66 (0)76 606 614, or message us on Facebook or LINE. For groups and events please contact us in advance.

Can you host groups and private events?

Yes. We have 150+ air-conditioned seats, private rooms and a banquet room for about 20–60 guests, plus set menus for tour groups and celebrations.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash, credit cards (no surcharge), Thai QR / PromptPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, TrueMoney, LINE Pay and ShopeePay.

Do you have vegetarian options or cater for allergies?

Yes — there are vegetarian dishes, and the kitchen can adjust spice levels and recipes for allergies; just tell our staff. We are not halal-certified.

Is the restaurant family- and pet-friendly?

Yes. Pets are welcome, high chairs are available, and there is free Wi-Fi and free parking.

Can I take food on my flight or order delivery?

We can pack food for travel and takeaway. We do not run our own delivery or airport shuttle, but staff can call a taxi, and you can order us through Grab or LINE MAN.

Can I bring my own cake or wine?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cake, wine or spirits — there is no corkage fee.
